Christmas concert

On December the 8th, 2011, we had a Christmas concert.  First Lauren and Jonathan led out the Christmas concert. They had to pretend to be visitors to New Zealand. They did a very well job.  First Lauren said her liners in a microphone " ding dong ding, welcome to Tokomaru airport. We would like to welcome our visitors from near and far. please make your way to the arrivals area and enjoy your visit." to determine the start of our airport scene.  Mrs Bismark put a picture of an arrivals board on our projector.  First we waved in our teams coming up on to the front of the stage. There were Japan, Samoa, Scotland and Australia.  First Samoa did their pat dance. Then Australia did their Australian cowboy dance then Scotland with their kilts, Scotland traditional dance and Japan with their fan dance. I was in Japan.  Japan was me Annabelle, Aymee, Charlotte, Tessa and O' Meara jean.  Then we all came in to sing our national anthem. After the curtains closed,  we all came down to change into our rugby game uniforms. I was cheerleader with Bailie, O'Meara jean, Ella, Karen,and Jordan.  After room 6 did their Patting to Poi e, It was the junior dance group.  They were really cute, lets get ready to rumble..., Then It was our turn again. Me and the other cheerleaders went on. we did our dance. we picked up Jordan and she then jumped off, We did our Pyramid and then we went of.  Go All blacks!!!.  Then Room 1 and 2 did their  pass, tackle, line out, and scrum. and then Ryan shouted at the end, Yes, we won!  then some presentations. I got best personal growth and development in my room. only award. Then a short presentation from home&school. and Mr Ratana, the principal, showed a video of what has been happening at Tokomaru school. And then senior dance with me, Annabelle and Bailie and some of the seniors. Then we sang pukeko in a ponga tree. Then some food.  My mums food was gone when I went to go get some.  Then 2 days later schools out ring the bell!


Such a fun year.
Great year it has been, my mum.
